Age Limit
The minimum age limit for the SSC CHSL Exam 2023 is 18 years, and the maximum age limit is 27 years. However, age relaxation is provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories as per the government norms.

SSC CHSL Exam 2023 Selection Process
The SSC CHSL Exam 2023 selection process consists of three stages:
Stage 1: Objective Type (Tier-I)
The Tier-I exam is a computer-based examination consisting of objective-type questions. The exam is conducted for a total of 200 marks, with a duration of 60 minutes. The exam consists of four sections: English Language, General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude, and General Awareness.
Stage 2: Descriptive Paper (Tier-II)
The Tier-II exam is also a computer-based examination consisting of descriptive-type questions. The exam is conducted for a total of 100 marks, with a duration of 60 minutes. The exam consists of an essay writing task and a letter/application writing task.
Stage 3: Skill Test/Typing Test
The final stage of the SSC CHSL Exam 2023 is the skill test/typing test. Candidates who have qualified for the Tier-I and Tier-II exams are eligible for the skill test/typing test.
